How life is when you’re a submissive without a dominant… and what a submissive can learn

There comes a time in every submissives life when they are
unowned, uncollared, by themselves. This is probably the hardest and most
painful part of my life as a submissive, when I am without a D-type. I’m independent
by nature, but even I need the guiding hand of a Dominant at times.

The first time I found myself without a D-type, I floundered.
My routines were lost, my motivation was gone. Everything I had planned, for
the day, the week, the month, was lost in a haze of uncertainty. What I learned
during those months has stuck with me.

Keep your routines. Get out of bed. Shower. Put on clean clothes. Take your meds on time. Do NOT neglect your self-care.

Don’t binge on junk food. This is a biggie for me, I’m a
stress eater, and my preferred comfort foods are all bad for you.
