With the much anticipated release of Fifty Shades Darker, which will be in U.K cinemas from February 2017, I decided to see what all of the fuss was about.

So I went on an ‘Adela Adventure’ to conduct an experiment of my own, which turned out being rather risqué in fact…but safe.

It revealed the truths and myths behind the world of BDSM.

The initials stands for:

  • Bondage and Discipline
  • Domination and Submission
  • Sadism and Masochism

There are many examples and connotations with each sub-section of BDSM.

Not to mention, the use of chains, whips and handcuffs, amongst many more.

I was fortunate enough to meet some interesting people, including:

  • A dungeon master called ‘El Torturador’
  • A submissive named ‘Yagoo’
  • Plus two interesting fetish party-goers.

It showed me that there were many different kinds of people who were involved with…
